The Portal “Visa to Italy” of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (http://vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en) was awarded with the Innovation Prize SMAU 2016 as one of the most innovative projects of the Public Administration (http://www.smau.it/bologna16/success_stories/visti-per-litalia-un-nuovo-portale/).
The portal has proved to be a valuable tool for foreigners who need a visa. It provides the user with important operational information plus all the necessary application forms, thanks also to the brief tutorial video that describes its function and facilitates navigation (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2L_xbpZYy4). The site is available in Italian, English, Russian and Arabic. Soon to come a new page in Chinese.
