Please be advised that from 12:00 PM (local time) on February 23, 2026, until February 25, 2026, the Prenota@mi booking system will be subject to a temporary operational outage.
This is a planned and urgent technical intervention that will result in the temporary suspension of appointment booking activities for visa applications. This suspension will affect the operations of the visa office at the Italian Embassy in Kampala. Regular operations will resume on February 26, 2026.
Please also note that:
- bookings for the days from February 26 to 29, 2026, must be confirmed no later than February 22;
- users with appointments between February 28 and March 7 will be required to confirm their appointment by February 22.
