It provides the user with important operational information plus all the necessary application forms, thanks also to the brief tutorial video that describes its function and facilitates navigation (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=K2L_xbpZYy4\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=K2L_xbpZYy4<\/a>). The site is available in Italian, English, Russian and Arabic.
